App not behaving, purchase not restoring, or data feeling stuck? Start here and keep the message practical.

Email support Delete account

Purchase or restore issue

Include the store you used, your account email, what you tapped, and any error message. Do not send full payment-card details.

Sync, backup, or export

Tell us the device, app version, whether you are signed in, and what the Sync Center says.

Food or barcode problem

Send the barcode, product name, country, and what looked wrong. Photos help when labels are unclear.

Privacy request

Use the same email linked to your account for access, export, correction, deletion, or health-data questions.

Subscription management

App-store subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. Deleting the app or deleting a CounterHype account does not automatically cancel app-store billing.
