Planned versus completed
Session completion, recent consistency, progression attempts, stalls and exercise difficulty.
Adaptive Coach Review
CounterHype shows what it reviewed, why it is proposing a change and what will happen next. You decide whether to apply it.
What it reviewed
Keep weekly volume similar while making the plan easier to finish.
Structured, not mysterious
Coach Review is a bounded decision system—not an open-ended chatbot and not human coaching. It works with approved actions inside the CounterHype training system.
What it can review
Session completion, recent consistency, progression attempts, stalls and exercise difficulty.
Logged intake, protein signal and whether nutrition is supporting the current phase.
Recovery check-ins, time pressure, missed days and the schedule you can repeatedly support.
Weight direction, strength checks, step-goal days and the longer-term phase of the journey.
What it may propose
The goal is a useful adjustment, not constant novelty.
Reduce session length or weekly frequency when the schedule repeatedly wins.
Move an exercise to a more useful difficulty or replace a limiting movement.
Use a lower-stress block or deload when fatigue and performance point the same way.
Keep training stable while food, consistency or recovery deserves attention first.
Move into the next block or longer-term phase when the evidence supports it.
Adjust the proposal before applying it, or keep the current plan unchanged.
