Delete Account

You can request deletion of your CounterHype account and associated app data.

How to request deletion

Use the permanent account-deletion control in the signed-in CounterHype app where available. If you cannot access the app, email support@counterhype.com from the address connected to the account and ask for deletion.

What gets deleted

We will delete or anonymize app account data we control, including profile, onboarding, workout, food, progress, photo, reminder and cloud-backup records where technically practical.

What may be retained

Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute handling, security, or legal compliance.

Subscriptions

Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel through Google Play before renewal.

Verification

We may ask for information needed to confirm that the request belongs to the account holder.
